CORRECTION OF ERRORS & INACCURACIES:

Information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, some information may not be complete or current. Black Aura reserves the right to correct inaccuracies and to change or update information any time with out notice (Including after you’ve submitted your order.)

COLORS:

Black Aura is dedicated to accurately displaying the colors on it’s products. However, We can not guarantee that your monitors display of any colors will be accurate.

 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Our store accepts exchanges only. Please be advised that we cannot accept items being returned for a refund if the package was opened at all.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of order arrival to customer.

  • Clothing that has been washed or worn cannot be accepted for exchange.

  • All Packages that are left closed are 100% refundable

How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to be processed?

Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to be processed through our exchange department. A representative will be in contact with you (via the email address used to place your order) to provide further details and updates.

Return Tracking:

Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items for exchange. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless we have obtained proof of delivery.

What if the exchange item I want is out of stock?

We cannot guarantee your item desired for exchange will be in stock. If we are unable to offer exchanges because a specific style or size has sold out, we will contact you for alternative options/email your account when it becomes available.

All orders are shipped USPS flat rate by size.

Small flat rate envelope

Medium flat rate box

Large flat rate box

California residents incur sales tax provided California state law.

International customers are responsible for all fees and shipping cost provided during check out.
